TrustServista can now analyze each of these URLs and determine their trustworthiness (TrustLevel) which also takes in account a clickbait analysis, indicating what is the chance of an article being clickbait.
This scoring is done by analyzing the article’s content. It does not make use of any “blacklists” where websites are marked as being clickbait or fake news. This approach enables TrustServista to virtually analyze any website and detect untrusted content fully automated, without the need of human curation or spending time on manually analyzing websites and creating “blacklists”, which is not effective and does not have the capability to scale. The only exception is for know satire websites, which sometime create high-quality content that can be confused easily with real news; TrustServista does index and keep record of existing satire websites.
